Teaching, for the first time, the famous Andrew Carnegie formula for success. This book is truly the foundation of modern self-help in the world today – everything from The Secret to the Mind Accelerator.
Andrew Carnegie, a Scottish immigrant and, at one time, one of the richest men in the world, came to America with no money. Yet he worked himself to become a giant steel manufacturer. Carnegie believed that anyone could achieve the same success as he did and so he wanted his success formula passed on to the world.
In 1908 Carnegie met Napoleon Hill and commissioned him to write a success formula that could be used by the average person. Napoleon Hill spent the next 25 years interviewing 500 of the world’s richest and most successful people in order to discover and publish this formula of success.
Originally he published his research in a series of publications called the Law of Success. In 1937, he compiled the Law of Success into this book, Think & Grow Rich, which stands as a monument to individual achievement and the cornerstone of modern motivation. More millionaires and successful people point to this book as their source of their success and wealth than anything else. It has changed the lives of many over the years.
It’s quite amazing, the people Napoleon Hill interviewed to write this book and all the people he refers to - after 70 years - all of them are still house hold names today: JP Morgan, George Eastman (of Eastman Kodak), Thomas Edison, J.D. Rockefeller, Andrew Carnegie, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Mahatma Gandhi , Henry Ford, and many more. This says a lot about the information in this book, the type of information that makes people legends.
Best of all, this book is available for you to download for free. The only drawback to this book is that the content is in this book is a bit formal and sometimes repetitive. Remember, this book was written 70 years ago. Regardless, this book is a must read for anyone, whether you are looking to create more wealth or to simply gain more control of your life. As Napolean Hill mentions, it is something that should be thought to everyone in school.
“Whatever you mind can conceive and believe it can achieve.” Napolean Hill
