SelfMadeEasy.com does not require you to submit personal information for general use of our Web site.  By "personal information" we mean any information that would personally identify you, including your name, age, address, telephone number, and email address.

Our web server automatically logs information relative to each visitor's domain or access provider, but does not recognize or log individual email addresses. The website access statistics are collected and analyzed to determine how many visitors our website receives, what pages are being accessed, and how often. These statistics provide us with useful information about the performance of our website, and do not contain any personal information related to our visitors.

Use of Cookies

Like many other websites, this site does use cookies. However, we do not keep any of your personal details on cookies. We simply store your Customer ID (just a number) in cookie format. This Customer ID does not correlate to any of your personal information. We also store your first name on cookie format to personalize this website ONLY if you have registered as a member of our site. If you are not a member, then the only cookie that we use is the Customer ID cookie.

A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit websites anonymously. Although we will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience at SelfMadeEasy.com if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these tools exist.

Voluntarily Submitted Information

SelfMadeEasy.com collects personal information from our visitors only when it is submitted voluntarily.   For example, we collect information you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us, or fill out a survey.

Also, we hate spam as much as you do.  So, we will NEVER send you any unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to our free weekly newsletter, you will receive your newsletter once every week.  In addition, we may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts.  Clear unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter.

If you choose not to receive our free weekly newsletter, we will only contact you to answer your queries and/or send you your order confirmation. We will not contact you anytime else.

We may from time to time post up surveys to measure your response to certain new additions to the website. As a rule, you are never forced to fill in these surveys. Furthermore, should you choose to fill in the surveys, you can choose to remain anonymous.

Because business changes, our Privacy Policy is also subject to change.  We may email you reminders of these changes, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our website regularly to view recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, so we will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information we collect.
